All refund requests are first reviewed and verified by our internal team to check service usage, delivery status, and issue validity.<\/p>\r\n

2) Before Work Starts<\/h2>\r\n

If payment is completed and our team has not started work, you may request cancellation.
After verification, the refund may be approved and processed.<\/p>\r\n

3) After Work Starts<\/h2>\r\n

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available because resources and time are already used.<\/p>\r\n

4) After Delivery<\/h2>\r\n

After delivery of digital files or leads, refunds are not provided.
