Refund and Returns Policy

Scrapper Tool Leads provides digital services (lead generation and data delivery). Because digital work involves time and resources, refunds are limited.

1) Refund Review Process

All refund requests are first reviewed and verified by our internal team to check service usage, delivery status, and issue validity.

2) Before Work Starts

If payment is completed and our team has not started work, you may request cancellation.
After verification, the refund may be approved and processed.

3) After Work Starts

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available because resources and time are already used.

4) After Delivery

After delivery of digital files or leads, refunds are not provided.
However, if a genuine issue is found that violates confirmed requirements, we may provide:

  • Data correction, or

  • Reasonable replacement leads, depending on the package

5) Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6) When Refund / Replacement Is Not Applicable

Refunds or replacements are not applicable for:

  • Low conversion or no sales

  • Leads not responding

  • Requirement changes after delivery

  • Temporary or permanent business closures

  • Data changes due to real-world updates

7) Reporting Timeline

All refund or support requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.
