Free Trial
We may offer a limited-time free trial for some services. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, this refund policy will apply.
Subscription Plans & Charges
All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
By subscribing, you authorize ScrapperTool.com to charge your selected payment method via Stripe and/or Razorpay, depending on the payment option chosen at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be applied unless you choose to re-subscribe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Technical failure on our end that prevents the service from functioning and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction reported and verified within 7 days of billing.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Page within 7 days of the transaction date.
Note: Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused subscriptions, partial usage, or user-side issues.
Processing Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe or Razorpay, depending on the payment gateway used for the transaction.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
