Free Trial:
We may offer a limited-time free trial for some of our services. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and you are billed, our refund policy below will apply.
Subscription Plans & Charges
All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be applied unless you re-subscribe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases
Technical failure on our end that prevents the service from working and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time..
Unauthorized transaction reported and verified within 7 days of billing..
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Page within 7 days of the transaction.
Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial use of services..
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
